AirTran will have Wi-Fi Internet access on all of their flights by Summer 2009. This is great news for business travelers especially. The company is the first major airline to accomplish this thanks to a relationship with GoGo Inflight Internet .Flyers can register for the service, and the price depends on the length of the flight. The laptop prices for flights under three hours is $9.95, and for flights above three hours it'll cost you $12.95. Access for handheld devices such as an iPhone or Blackberry is $7.95.
This isn't a bad deal because we know some people can't live without checking their email every five minutes. I wonder which airline will be next to follow suit?
