[Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic]Strong shoulders have been making their way back into the fashion limelight. I quite like Gwyneth Paltrow's choice of this Valentino dress that she wore to the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor. The dress is subtle and doesn't immediately evoke flashbacks to the 1980s.
The bold shoulder in many different forms was seen all over the fall 2009 runways including Balenciaga and Dolce & Gabbana. This trend will probably be popping up everywhere soon - especially since it does have somewhat of a slimming effect!
