American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert definitely has a Freddie Mercury-like voice to front Queen. Is it a good career move though? That's the million-dollar question.
The legendary English band was formed in 1970. Mercury, the group's lead singer, died in 1991. Queen's founder and guitar player Brian May told Rolling Stone, "I’d certainly like to work with Adam. That is one amazing instrument he has there."
Lambert definitely has the vocal chops to front the band. It'll be interesting to hear what he decides to do once he's free to make some decisions after the Idol tour.
