Surfer/designer Tracy Feith’s line is in Target stores and online now. The designs are very California-cool and casual – perfect for hot summer weather!Fashionistas may recall that Michelle Obama wore one of Feith’s dresses to the prayer service the morning after her husband’s inauguration.
