I'm loving the Crystal Symphony Necklace from J.Crew. The clear rhinestones and antique-brass chain with the black grosgrain ribbon is so chic. Since it features a ribbon tie, you can adjust the length to be long or short. This necklace is perfect to add some punch to an otherwise uneventful outfit.
