[neimanmarcus.com]I'm intrigued by Marc Jacobs' 'Jennifer Bird Cage Shoulder Bag.' It vaguely has the look of a quilted Chanel 2.55 with the chain strap, or even some of Jacobs' other quilted leather bags. However, this bag is a completely different animal (no pun intended). The brightly colored bird print, leather "cage" and gold lock adornment give it the look of a, well, birdcage.
The chainstrap is removable turning this statement bag into a clutch. It's too expensive for a whimsical piece like this (for me, anyway) at $1,195 from Neiman Marcus.
