Ahh, it's the little luxuries in life that make me happy. I just bought Chanel Le Vernis nail polish in Imperial (#469) from Nordstrom yesterday. I painted my nails as soon as I got home. It's a gorgeous, rich chocolate brown color. Yes, it's a bit pricey for polish at $23, but what other Chanel item can you wear everyday for that price (that's what I tell myself anyway)?It's the perfect fall color. I'm still wearing my Blue Satin, Vendetta (dark plum) and Black Satin from a few seasons back, but this color just seems so now. I always think Chanel polish stays on the longest too.
