Irish budget airline Ryanair may start charging for toilet use on their planes. Umm, ghetto! You have got to be kidding me. Chief executive Michael O'Leary said that they may charge anywhere from a penny to a pound via coinslot.
Honestly I'd rather they raise the price a few bucks than have to pay to use the loo. Surely there are people like me who rarely carry cash. If they have to go to the restroom on the plane, are they just out of luck?
I flew Ryanair to Venice and Dublin. Both times the experience was fine for what it cost. It's definitely no frills, and you have to pay for any food and drink or extras. I really hope that O'Leary decides against this ridiculous measure.
